How to bridge the generational divide in your workplace
We currently have 5 generations working together—sounds challenging, because it is!
The Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z bring different mindsets and expectations to the office. Each generation also easily throws a label or stereotype to those outside of their own cohort which can cause friction among the organization.
As a leader, it’s your role to foster a culture that bridges the gaps between generations, versus let them divide your teams further. There’s a lot of knowledge and experience to share amongst the ages.
Not sure where to begin? We’ve got you.
Join us to:
- Identify the primary generational drivers and where they come from
- Understand how generational difference both enhance our collective work and create barriers
- Discover the specific steps organizations / leaders can take to create an optimal multigenerational workforce
